The Thermacell Outdoor Insect Repellent Lantern Mr9L is an almost essential item to include during outdoor activities or just sitting out on your porch or deck enjoying a beautiful sunset. Whether relaxing alone or with a good friend, those pesky insects and miserable mosquitoes are not welcome.
The Thermacell Outdoor Insect Repellent Lantern operates on a single butane cartridge, which heats a mat releasing allethrin, a synthetic copy of a natural insecticide found in pyrethrum flowers, creating a 15 x 15 foot comfort zone. It is lightweight (13 oz) with easy grip handle and a rugged outdoor structure. Each repellent mat provides up to four hours of protection and each butane cartridge provides up to 12 hours of operation. Light operates on four AA batteries (not included).
